Local teacher and author Terri Ashchi will present her creative techniques for making handwriting enjoyable for young learners. You'll take home a copy of Terri''s book, "Little Ricky and the Driving Letters" (included with registration) and have the opportunity to demo its companion digital "Toolkit for Driving Letters." You'll also have the change to participate in an optional book swap with fellow teachers. For each homeschool relevant book or literacy resource you bring, you'll receive one in return! There is no limit to the number of items you can swap; however, it's requested that materials are in good condition and useful to current curriculum.
